HR Director at Netflix
For over 16 years, Tawni Cranz has brought her experience in the area of HR Management to such companies as Fed Ex/Kinko’s, Bausch Lomb, and currently to Netflix, Inc. where she is the Director of Human Resources specializing in strategic HR, recruiting and compensation. She received her BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is currently in her last year of studies at the Peter F.
